Our tenants feel comfortable knowing that 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, they will be able to reach a qualified employee who will promptly address any maintenance issue as it relates to their safety or the integrity of their property.

Moving doesn’t have to be a headache. We have lived in Amelia Island, Fernandina Beach, for over 40 years, so let us put our local knowledge to work for you. We can assist you with any moving questions you may have, from schools, dentists, and doctors to auto and tire repair.

We take pride in the properties that we manage. We know the owners have invested their time and money in these properties and take pride in that ownership. The homes are consistently maintained inside and out, so although this may be a temporary home for you and your family, you can be assured that it will be a place you will be proud to call home.

As a tenant, you can request repairs online and pay your rent online. To make it as convenient as possible, we accept credit and debit cards and e-checks. We welcome you to stop by the office anytime.

We are open Monday through Friday from 9 am to 4 pm.   If that is not convenient for you, give us a call, and we will be glad to set an appointment and meet with you at your convenience.  Feel free to stop by our beautiful Historic downtown Fernandina Beach location on  Amelia Island at 316 B Centre Street.
